The low reviews from past patients are accurate. The doctor is chaotic, which makes the entire staff chaotic. She walks around interrupting her staff while they are with patients. The pharmacist doesn’t note down accurate instructions for my husband’s meds. We had to ask if it was before or after meals and how many pills to consume. We just moved to Bangkok a couple of days ago and did not know which clinics we could go to that could speak English. But after this mornings experience, it is unlikely we will return.

Make an appointment on the web in advance, check your personal information, and the hospital will print out the appointment form. Bring your passport and reservation voucher. It's recommended to go early. It's crowded. I arrived at 7:00 am, and the test takes 10 minutes. You can pay by QR code, credit card or cash. I got the test results back by 14pm.

Wow.. simply wow! Dozens of people working the floor seamlessly. I came for an antigen without an appointment, had to scan a code and fill out a form, submit it and pay at a cashier. 3 steps in 10 min. The queues are long but the wait is max 10 min. Great service. Polite staff. Thank you.

Really good service, well organized. Everyone book your appointment one day before 4pm to get a smooth experience as they keep all documents ready for all appointments taken a day before 4pm. You have to pay 1000 baht and within 5 minutes you will be free. Well spoken English and helpful people for foreigners. Medconsult, please keep up the good work for travellers.

I've visited several times and failed to leave a review. But not today... I made an appointment online, staff were courteous and professional. Everything was quick, clean and organised. I opted for some extra tests. And decided to have a flu vaccine, just in case. Comparing the price, I'd estimate my bill was about a quarter for similar treatment in a large international hospital. Couldn't fault anything.

I went in for a blood test that i had booked and agreed on. They convinced me to do a bigger test than i wanted for an extra 950 baht. The test results came back without the extra results. Medconsult have refused to refund me the extra 950 baht. I waited about 45 min, even with an appointment. Should avoid their service! Edit: I can confirm that i have now received the refund.
